Friends with benefits always made things complicated. They made movies and songs dictating that very thing. And yet, you allowed those goddamn dimples and dirty words to convince you to blind yourself away from the hazards before you. The confusing red flags  held an unspoken set of rules that Rudy believed you broke. 

"So Tuesday then?" You nodded to your new Co-Star. Although he played an antagonist, he couldn't have existed as more of a contrast in real life. Sweet and funny, he was a breath of fresh air from the recent tension between you and Rudy. Something that shifted upon the new arrival's first day and how you managed to hit it off so well with him. 

But after all, you were simply a lustful convenience for Rudy, just as he had been for you. Therefore he had no stake in you. At least, that was what you believed…foolishly…

"What's Tuesday?" Carlacia asked with a nudge to your waist as you smirked, a slight blush only forcing Rudy's eyes to sharpen harder across the craft service table. 

"He's going to meet me to run lines and then we're going out for drinks.."

"You need that! Get out and have a nice time. Maybe he'll end up being something special…you never know…He is such a nice guy…." She winked as Rudy clenched his jaw before storming away without taking his food. It was clear he was annoyed but you thought little of it as he'd made his point clear with you earlier on in the situation you'd agreed upon. 

Moving to your trailer, hair set into a bun as you prepared to run lines before filming in the coming hour, the door behind you swung open. Before you could turn and ridicule the reason behind the force, you were taken up against the table of your trailer. A familiar yet almost desperate pair of lips at an attack to your own. A feverish grasp to your breast made you gasp in his quick attempt to leave you bare for him. 

"Rudy-"

"I don't care what you come up with, but you aren't doing anything with him on Tuesday."

"You-" He took your face between his hands. "I'll make it so you can't walk if I have to. You know I've done it before." He motioned to the couch as you remembered the moment in question. The way you rode over him, wave after wave of pleasure sending you to arch in need as he collected you to him, only to finish that lust in bending you over the arm for stability. 

"You wanted things this way…"

"That was before he wanted it too…" 

"Rudy…" You shook your head to deny the moment. Well aware that if you allowed even the sweetest of kisses, that it would only blur the already hazy lines between you. But his touch was reason enough to forgive him. At least long enough for your tongues to become twisted as they'd been. 

"You only want me because someone else does…" He lifted you onto the table. 

"I want you because you drive me fucking crazy. I need to touch you every second and I fight it because I don't think anyone on set is interested in making a porno…But if I have to, I'll make it very clear to him that you're mine." He lifted your skirt to your hips to expose your pastel panties, pulling them aside and subjecting your sex with his middle finger, quickly followed by his pointer. 

"And I'll start by making sure he hears what only I can do to you…How I make you come…" 

"Ru-"

"I'm not letting you out of this trailer until you know." He kissed you deeply, setting your thoughts to spin as you were left dizzy. 

"Know?"

He lowered between your legs, kissing where his cheek was set to lie in only a moment before offering a smirk. 

"You're it. You're mine. End of story." You moaned to the sudden connection of his tongue to your clit. The suction made around you contorted your expression as you ran your fingers through his loose golden strands. 

"Harder…" He growled into your sex, pulling you closer to the ledge of the counter as your back arched into the mirror behind you. You obeyed his request, yanking the tresses as he smirked between licks and sucks. 

"Rudy! Fuck!" The feeling of his dimples formed between your thighs made your own mouth pull into a smile as he lifted just high enough to view it. Clenching your jaw in pensive consideration, you tore him to your lips. Your fingers dismantled his remaining clothing as he had done the same to you. Only a melodious chime of a belt buckle at his ankles and the rush of the jean fabric of your skirt still around your waist remained, as he took you to that couch once again. But as he prepared to align himself with you, you crawled to your knees. 

"Yes…" He breathed in approval as you softly stroked him. 

"Oh my God…He thinks he gets this? Not a fucking chance in hell…" He explained as you took him behind your smile. Your cheeks quick to hollow as you pulled him to your throat's limitations. 

"Fuck…yes-YES!" He made a quick makeshift ponytail from your hair. 

"Get up here…right now…" But as he tried to showcase dominance, you set your nails onto his thighs. Eyes cemented do his as you took him in a messy ambition. 

"Oh, you want me to come that way?" You smirked. 

"Sorry, sweetheart…you come with me…" he lifted you over him until you came to a rest over his cock, an unkind thrust amended by the kiss made to your lips. 

"Use it baby, it's yours…shit…" He rested back into the couch, your nails sharp in the fabric. 

"Spank me…Please…" You whimpered as he bit his bottom lip before offering the oblige. Not one, not two, but repetitive strikes that set you to bounce higher over him. 

"You look so good riding me, baby…"

"This poor couch…" You teased as he suddenly sunk you in place as you gasped.

It had been almost 3 months since you and Drew confessed your feelings for one another. The transition from friends to… something more was surprisingly natural. You’d agreed to keep things under wraps for now, wanting to enjoy this budding relationship without the pressure of others watching.

You and Drew became official two weeks ago and of course, have yet to tell your mutual friends, both of you amused by watching them slowly catch on.

Tonight, though, the entire Outer Banks cast was gathering for a night out to celebrate before filming for Season 4 began, you knew some of them had been sensing a shift between you and Drew but none of them have questioned either of you yet.

However you knew it wouldn’t be much longer before the secret is out.

The girls—Madelyn, Madison, and Carlacia—were already at your apartment, getting ready. Your place had turned into a full-on glam zone, with curling irons, makeup bags, and laughter filling the space. Madison was expertly applying eyeliner while Carlacia debated between outfits, and Madelyn scrolled through her playlist to set the mood.

You were perched on the edge of your bed, fixing your hair in a handheld mirror. It was a classic girls’ night, full of chatter and teasing.

“You look cute,” Madelyn said, glancing over at you with a grin. “Who are you trying to impress?”

“No one,” you said quickly, but the way your cheeks heated gave you away.

Madison wasn’t buying it. “Come on, you’re glowing. Who is it?”

“Yeah,” Carlacia chimed in, looking up from her outfit choices. “There’s definitely someone. Spill.”

You laughed nervously, brushing them off. “I’m just excited to go out. That’s all.”

But as the conversation shifted back to which heels would be most comfortable, your phone buzzed beside you. You glanced down to see a text from Drew.

Me and the boys are otw. Can’t wait to see you sweetheart xx

You bit your lip to suppress the smile that immediately followed and typed back a quick reply.

You thought you’d played it cool, but Madison caught the way you tried to hide your grin. “Okay, who are you texting?”

“No one important,” you said, tossing your phone onto the bed.

“Uh-huh,” Madelyn said, smirking. “Sure, we believe you.”

Luckily, the doorbell rang, saving you from further interrogation. You stood up quickly, smoothing down your outfit. “That’s the boys.”

As you opened the door, the guys poured in, bringing their usual loud energy. Chase, Rudy, JD, Austin, and finally Drew stepped through the threshold. Drew’s eyes immediately found yours, and his face softened with a warm smile.

“Hey,” he said, his voice low.

“Hey,” you replied, your chest fluttering as he stepped inside.

“Alright, let’s get this party started!” Rudy announced, holding up a bottle of tequila.

Drinks were poured, laughter echoed through your apartment, and the group settled into their usual rhythm. As the night unfolded, you found yourself hyperaware of Drew. He was his usual charming self, joking with JD and Austin, but every so often, you’d catch him glancing at you. When your eyes met, he’d give you a subtle smile that sent your heart racing.

Meanwhile, you noticed Chase leaning toward Rudy, whispering something and glancing in your direction. You pretended not to notice, but you had a feeling they were starting to pick up on the little moments between you and Drew.

Eventually, the group decided it was time to hit the bar. It was one of your favorite spots downtown, with good music, strong drinks, and plenty of room to dance.

As you weaved through the crowd at the bar’s entrance, Drew’s hand found the small of your back. The simple touch sent a shiver down your spine, but it also felt protective, grounding. He guided you through the throng of people, staying close behind you until you reached the table the group had claimed.

“Everyone good?” Drew asked, his hand lingering on your back for a moment longer before he pulled away.

“Great,” you said, glancing up at him.

He smiled down at you, and for a moment, it felt like it was just the two of you, despite the chaos of the bar around you.

The night picked up quickly. Drinks flowed, the girls dragged you onto the dance floor, and the guys took turns buying rounds at the bar. You found yourself caught up in the energy, but your eyes kept drifting to Drew. He was at a table with the guys, laughing at something Rudy said, but every so often, you’d catch him looking at you.

Finally, after watching him from across the room for too long, you decided to do something about it. Dancing your way back to the table, you stopped in front of the boys, hands on your hips.

“Alright, enough sitting around,” you said with a teasing grin. “All of you, up. Dance time.”

The guys groaned in unison, but you weren’t taking no for an answer. Grabbing Drew’s hand specifically, you pulled him up. “Especially you.”

He laughed, letting you drag him onto the dance floor. “You’re relentless.”

“You love it,” you shot back, spinning around to face him.

As the two of you danced, the rest of the cast slowly joined in. But you and Drew stayed close, moving in sync with the music. You could feel the weight of your friends’ gazes, especially when Drew placed his hands on your hips.

Leaning into his ear, you said, “I think they’re catching on.”

Drew tilted his head down to yours, his breath warm against your ear. “Maybe we should give them another hint.”

Before you could ask what he meant, he leaned in and kissed you.

It wasn’t a tentative kiss; it was confident, sure, and full of feeling. The world around you seemed to blur, and for a moment, it was just the two of you.

When you pulled back, cheers erupted around you. “Finally!” Madison shouted, clapping her hands.

“Took you two long enough,” Chase added, grinning.

You buried your face in Drew’s chest, laughing at their reactions.

Drew wrapped his arms around you, holding you close. “Guess the secret’s out,” he murmured.

You looked up at him, smiling. “Yeah, I guess it is.”

The rest of the night was a blur of dancing, laughter, and teasing from your friends. While the secret was out, you couldn’t have been happier that you and Drew no longer had to hide. As far as you were concerned, the night couldn’t have been more perfect.

Rudy, Drew, and Y/n decided to have a cozy day in. With blankets strewn across the couch and a playlist of their favorite songs filling the air, they embarked on a culinary adventure in their kitchen. Y/n stood between Rudy and Drew, the warmth of their bodies creating a cocoon of comfort.

"Alright, team," Y/n said, tying an apron around their waist. "What's on the menu for today?"

Drew grinned mischievously. "I say we start with something sweet. How about we make a dessert?"

Rudy's eyes lit up. "Yes! Let's make chocolate lava cakes!"

Y/n nodded enthusiastically. "Sounds perfect. Let's get started."

As they gathered ingredients and preheated the oven, laughter filled the kitchen. Drew playfully flicked flour at Rudy, who retaliated with a dollop of batter. Y/n watched their antics with fondness, feeling grateful for these moments of simple joy.

"Okay, so first we need to melt the chocolate and butter together," Y/n instructed, guiding Rudy and Drew through the process.

While the chocolate melted, Rudy wrapped his arms around Y/n from behind, resting his chin on their shoulder. "You're amazing, you know that?"

Y/n leaned back into his embrace, smiling. "Only because I have the best partners to cook with."

Drew joined them, draping an arm over Y/n's shoulder. "Agreed. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."

Once the chocolate mixture was ready, they added sugar, eggs, and flour, carefully folding the ingredients together. As they poured the batter into ramekins, Drew couldn't resist sneaking a taste.

"Mmm, this is going to be incredible," he declared, licking chocolate from his fingers.

Rudy chuckled, wiping a smudge of chocolate from Drew's cheek. "You're a mess, Starkey."

Drew grinned sheepishly. "It's all part of the experience."

With the cakes in the oven, they turned their attention to the accompanying sauce. Y/n stirred cream and more chocolate together, creating a rich ganache that filled the kitchen with an irresistible aroma.

As they waited for the cakes to bake, Rudy pulled Y/n into a slow dance, swaying to the music playing in the background. Drew watched them with a soft smile, feeling a surge of affection for the couple he was lucky enough to call his own.

When the timer finally chimed, they eagerly removed the cakes from the oven, their mouths watering at the sight of the molten centers. Carefully, they inverted the ramekins onto plates, revealing perfectly gooey chocolate lava cakes.

"These look amazing," Y/n exclaimed, their eyes shining with delight.

Rudy pressed a kiss to Y/n's temple. "Only because we made them together."

Drew reached for the sauce, drizzling it over the cakes with precision. "And now, the finishing touch."

They each took a spoonful, savoring the rich chocolate flavor that melted on their tongues. With satisfied smiles, they leaned back in their chairs, reveling in the warmth of their love and the sweetness of the moment.

"This," Drew declared, "is perfection."

Rudy and Y/n nodded in agreement, their hearts full as they savored the simple pleasure of being together. In that cozy kitchen, surrounded by love and laughter, they knew that no dessert could ever taste sweeter than this.

The cozy glow of string lights illuminated the living room as Rudy , Drew , and Y/n settled onto the plush couch, a mountain of blankets and pillows surrounding them. It was one of those rare nights when their hectic schedules aligned, allowing them to indulge in a much-needed movie night together.

Y/n snuggled between Rudy and Drew, her head resting on Drew's shoulder as Rudy draped an arm around her, pulling her close. The scent of popcorn filled the air, a comforting reminder of the simple pleasures of home.

"So, what are we watching tonight?" Rudy asked, his eyes sparkling with anticipation.

Drew grinned mischievously, holding up a stack of DVDs. "I brought a few options," he said, waggling his eyebrows. "But I was thinking we could start with something classic, like 'The Princess Bride'."

Y/n's eyes lit up at the suggestion. "I love that movie!" she exclaimed, her smile infectious.

Rudy nodded in agreement, reaching for the remote. "Sounds perfect to me," he said, his voice warm with enthusiasm.

As the movie began to play, the room was filled with laughter and chatter, the familiar lines of the film bringing back fond memories of childhood. Snuggled together under the blankets, Rudy, Drew, and Y/n lost themselves in the magic of storytelling, their worries and cares melting away with each passing moment.

Halfway through the movie, Drew reached for the bowl of popcorn, his hand accidentally brushing against Y/n's. Their eyes met, a silent exchange passing between them as they shared a knowing smile. Rudy glanced between them, his heart swelling with affection at the sight of his two loves.

"Hey, no fair hogging all the popcorn," Rudy teased, reaching across Y/n to grab a handful.

Y/n giggled, swatting playfully at Rudy's hand. "There's plenty to go around," she said, her laughter infectious.

As the movie drew to a close, the room was filled with a sense of contentment, the warmth of their love wrapping around them like a cozy blanket. Drew stretched his arms overhead, a contented sigh escaping his lips.

"That was perfect," he said, his voice soft with emotion.

Rudy nodded in agreement, pressing a tender kiss to Y/n's temple. "Yeah, it really was," he said, his voice filled with love.

Y/n snuggled closer to Rudy, her heart overflowing with gratitude for the two incredible men by her side. "I'm so lucky to have you both," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Drew smiled, his eyes shining with adoration. "We're the lucky ones," he said, his voice husky with emotion.

In that moment, as they basked in the glow of the movie night serendipity, Rudy, Drew, and Y/n knew that they were exactly where they were meant to be: together, bound by a love that defied all odds and stood the test of time.

As the credits rolled, they remained entwined in each other's arms, savoring the simple joy of being together. And as they drifted off to sleep, their hearts full of love and gratitude, they knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, united in their love for each other.

You slammed the door of your shared apartment after a long day of going around L.A. Your feet hurted like hell and a little headache was starting to show in your head.

You drop your bag on the couch and then your body fell next to it, making a loud noise. That made your boyfriend, Drew, walk into the living room with his phone on his hand.

“Hey, Hey... what’s wrong baby?” He asked while walking towards you.

“Nothing.” You said against the couch. You could barely hear it but Drew understood immediately since he lifted you with ease and let your body rest on top of his legs.

“Tell me what happened.”

“I said, nothing.” You let out a big sigh before getting up from the couch and walking towards the kitchen to grab a glass of water. You didn’t want to talk about what was going through your mind. The doubt on yourself that was appearing. The constant feeling of not being good enough...

“Hey, it’s ok.” Drew hugged you from behind while you were facing the fridge. You closed your eyes enjoying his closeness. It seemed like he was the only thing that could make you feel better, even if it was just touching you.

“I’m going to quit.” You said softly with your eyes still closed.

“What?” He asked. You felt a nod in your throat when some tears wanted to come out of your eyes. You turned to face Drew and once you locked eyes with him, your vulnerability broke. “Hey, hey, don’t cry, baby.” He gently grabbed your head and pulled it closer to his chest. The noise of his heart beating was the only thing you could hear, the nod was getting bigger and bigger in your throat. “Why do you want to quit?”

“I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to ten auditions today and I always come out of them unsatisfied with myself. I’ve been treated horribly by some directors, I’ve even been told that I’m not ‘camera material’. Like actors are supposed to look one way! That’s bullshit. And the worst thing is that I know is bullshit, but somehow my brain can’t stop thinking about it and ends up believing it. It fucking sucks!” You let out big breath that you didn’t know you were holding. Saying every thing that was on your mind took a heavy feeling out of your chest, but the nod was still there hurting like hell.

Drew gently grabbed your cheeks to make you lock eyes with him. He had a little smile on his face knowing that that always made you feel better. And he was right. “Baby, you’re so amazing. You’re so talented, you have so much passion for what you do and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with this much passion and love for acting.” He cleaned a tear from your cheek with his thumb. “I know it’s hard to believe at some point that you’re good after getting rejected multiple times. I’ve been there. It’s a part of being an actor, getting rejected, but the good thing is that we learn how to get back up every time. It makes us stronger. It makes us humble. A ‘look’ is not what it’s going to get you the part, passion and love, being able to learn and grow is.”

“You’re too nice, Drew.”

“It’s the truth, baby. And no matter what happens, I will always be your number one fan.” You let out little smile while the nod was getting smaller and smaller. “Now, let’s prepare you for the next audition. Shall we?”

You looked at yourself in the mirror for the last time before heading out of your room at the hotel. You were surrounded by your team, noises all around you, voices, but all you could think about was your heart raising at full speed. This was your first premiere. Your first movie. But nerves weren’t the only thing you were feeling on that moment.

“Y/n, are you ready to leave?” Your manager asked at the door. “Drew is already at the premiere.”

Once you heard his name your heart skipped a beat. You smiled to yourself in the mirror before turning around and leaving the room behind.

You watched how the flashes were hitting your car once it entered the carpet. It was going slow so you were able to enjoy every single detail your eyes were seeing, the fans with huge smiles, the amazing decoration, the producers and you were even able to catch some of your co-starts.

“Ready?” Your stylist asked once the car stopped and you nodded with a smile, trying to hide the fact that you felt like your heart was about to jump off your chest.

The flashes were now hitting your face the moment your heels touched the carpet. A huge smile appeared on your face and your stylist grabbed your hand, making sure the dress was not harmed once you stepped outside the car.

You looked down at your red dress and then your heart skipped a beat. “Oh my god.” You turned to your stylist trying to hide your panic. “What am I wearing again?”

“Gucci. C’mon, you’ll be fine. You got this. And you look amazing, you don’t have to worry about anything.”

“You think?” You looked down at your dress again.

“Yes. And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who thinks that.” You looked up at your stylist to see that her eyes were looking behind you. You turned around to find your beautiful boyfriend Drew with an even more beautiful suit one. He looked so handome with a little and proud smile on his face.

“Wow.” He softly said once he fully appreciated your dress and your body with his eyes. “You look stunning.”

“You don’t look so bad yourself.” He gave you a kiss on the cheek and you noticed some flashes on the corner of your eye. “And, Thank you.”

“For what?”

“You were the one who taught me how to believe in myself.”

“You did this. And I just... I’m so proud of you baby.” You grabbed with your hand his cheeks to rub your thumb on it. “I love you.”

A big smile appeared on your face. “I love you too.”

“Ready Ms. Y/l/n?” A women with a black suit asked next to you. You turned your head to her and then nodded. “Will you be by my side?” You asked Drew with a smile after you turned back to him.

You hated him for every reason they loved him. Beginning from the sun bleached hair worsened beneath the grueling hours of filming beneath the sun. For starters, you were ‘too young, too inexperienced, and too 'pure' for him’, words you had overheard him say to Chase when you had gone to his trailer to thank him for such a warm welcome after the first day of shooting. Not to mention the way he berated you on set and pushed scenes too far until you were taken off guard, thrown off kilter, and forced to restart the scene and appear unprofessional. And today would worsen that. A specific scene in which he had fought 'Rafe', leaving him bloodied and sweaty, before you would be rescued. And of all the scenes you had filmed, this one was the most strenuous. But not because you had to film in over a temperature one hundred degrees and climbing or being tossed onto a mat used for stunt doubles to ensure safety. It was because you wouldn't allow him the satisfaction in knowing the way he held you made you desperate for him. So much so that the second the scene officially wrapped, you were in your trailer to silence that need. 

But no function on your vibrator seemed high enough for how deep of a need you required a release.
